Safety First

A visual and audio cue activates when a bus is scheduled to depart within two minutes.

This alerts the user to a potential moving bus hazard - a vital safety feature when they are working from the yard.

Want to view the yard as a grid or do you prefer an overhead photographic format? The flexible configuration and display options let you choose your preferred display format.

Offline mode ensures users can still see a recent snapshot of the yard if they move out of wifi range.

Location and Direction

Each location can be defined by its function such as a parking spot, a workshop bay, or a charging bay.

The direction of travel can also be assigned to each yard slot, providing a clear visual indication when vehicles will be blocked.

Vehicle List

Tap to update the yard plan by assigning a bus to a grid location. Your Vehicle List can be filtered using variables including: Based at this Depot; Arriving at this Depot; Vehicles from all Depots; and Non-Despatchable Vehicles.

Vehicles can also be sorted by Plant Code or Arrive Time.

Despatch List

Despatch from the yard by making on-the-go updates to vehicle allocations. The Despatch List can be sorted according to: Depart or Arrive Time; Employee Number; Shift Number; or Roster Type.

Use the powerful search function to find a specific despatch.
