The Workforce Management module provides visibility and risk awareness, with checks running automatically when rosters are generated. If potential fatigue breaches are identified, the user can immediately access key information including the rule, the cause, and the precise time when the breach will occur.

The system can be pre-configured with NHVR Standard Hours and Basic Fatigue Management, as well as specific rules for New Zealand, Western Australia, or other regions. Advanced Fatigue Management and other customised arrangements can be enabled, ensuring full flexibility for your business.
