Each part’s expected life and warranty period is tracked, enabling rapid identification of items that fail to meet warranty standards. The software also records time taken for each task, providing accurate data for reporting maintenance costs and identifying staff training needs.

Purchasing and inventory

Full visibility of parts, orders, and stocktakes

The system tracks your components and advises managers in advance when parts are required for upcoming repairs. Your staff can easily monitor receivables, usages, adjustments, and transfers related to general inventory or to specific warehouses and depots.

The integrated consignment model generates new orders and invoices as stock is used. Information about a newly created purchase order is automatically shared with the receiving system, giving staff total visibility of orders and expected delivery timelines. Run stocktakes by categories, bin locations, or item codes, and track the value of stock held using a range of stock movement and inventory reports.
